Sports Injury, Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation
Our physiotherapists specialise in the assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of sports and musculoskeletal injuries. Each appointment includes a detailed injury and movement assessment to identify the root cause of symptoms and guide an effective rehabilitation plan.
Treatment may include hands-on physiotherapy, targeted exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation to restore strength, movement, and confidence. Our team combine clinical expertise with experience in elite sport to help you recover fully and return to activity or sport safely.
Sports Therapy & Manual Treatment
Our sports therapy sessions focus on the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal pain, overuse injuries, and training-related niggles.
Using hands-on techniques such as soft tissue therapy, sports massage, and joint mobilisation, our therapists work to reduce pain, restore movement, and support recovery from injury or training load.
Sports therapy can be beneficial for managing chronic issues, muscle tightness, and injuries caused by repetitive or strenuous activity. Treatment may also support recovery between training sessions or competition.
Our therapists also regularly support youth athletes experiencing pain during periods of growth, including common conditions such as Sever’s disease and Osgood-Schlatter disease.
Specialist ACL Rehab & Return to Sport Pathway
A structured, multi-disciplinary ACL rehabilitation journey designed to guide you from injury through to confident return to sport.
Combining specialist clinicians, guided programming and gold standard technology, we use a data-driven approach to ensure safe, progressive and optimal recovery at every stage.
Each step of your rehab is tailored to you, with ongoing support, clear direction and a focus on building strength, movement quality and confidence for sport.
Athletic Performance & Youth Development
Our strength and conditioning coaches work with athletes to develop the physical qualities required for performance, resilience, and long-term athletic development.
Programmes are tailored to each individual and may focus on strength development, movement mechanics, injury resilience, and athletic performance. Sessions are designed to complement rehabilitation and help athletes build the physical capacity required for training and competition.
Hannah leads our strength and conditioning services, bringing extensive academic and applied experience. She holds a MSc in Strength & Conditioning and is currently completing her PhD in the field, alongside her role as Head of Strength & Conditioning at Cheltenham Ladies’ College.
